Status of these terms
These Terms and Conditions are an implementation draft for legal review. They are not represented as lawyer-approved, jurisdiction-specific, or effective commercial subscription terms.
Platform purpose
Global Forex Knights provides public information, secure account foundations, and an intended structured trading-education and mentorship experience. Operational subscriptions, payments, courses, signals, live-session management, community features, and MT5 functionality are not currently active unless a page expressly states otherwise.
Educational nature
Content, analysis, illustrative examples, and planned tools are educational. They are not personal financial advice, a direction to trade, or a guarantee of any result.
Account responsibility and security
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and recovery codes, use available security controls, and notify GFK through the Contact page if they suspect unauthorized account access.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, security testing, scraping, disruption, impersonation, or misuse of another person’s account.
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, malicious, or rights-infringing material.
Do not present educational GFK content as a guaranteed trading instruction or regulated approval.
Content and intellectual property
Platform presentation, original educational material, and software remain subject to applicable ownership and permitted-use rules. This draft does not create a licence to republish, resell, or misrepresent GFK material.
Availability and service changes
Public information and account foundations may change, be corrected, or become temporarily unavailable. Planned capabilities may be revised or not released. No uninterrupted availability is promised.
Trading risk and no custody
Trading can result in loss of some or all committed capital. GFK does not take custody of trading funds in the planned scope, and the initial planned MT5 assistant is an analysis aid that does not automatically execute trades. Review the full Risk Disclosure before relying on educational material.
Third-party services
Current account email delivery, hosting, and technical infrastructure may rely on configured third-party services. Future YouTube, payment, mobile, or other integrations must be described only after they are approved and active.
